East Dulwich Estate Regeneration Project Team
About EDERPT
The East Dulwich Estate Regeneration Project Team (EDERPT) is a friendly group of residents, ward councillors, neighbourhood housing officers, officers from Southwark’s Housing and Regeneration departments plus architects and other professionals involved in the regeneration.
We meet once a month to discuss Southwark Council’s plans for the regeneration of our estate including the construction of two new blocks, conversion of drying rooms and landscaping across the estate.
Resident members have also raised funds for a new community garden (SITA Trust) and for cycle lockers and a green gym (Cleaner Greener Safer fund), organised a Community Garden event at the Albrighton (April 2013) and a Big Lunch (June 2013), and worked with the council to get new recycling bins to improve the look and cleanliness of the estate.
The resident members of EDERPT strive to get the best for our estate and our community. All residents are welcome to help shape the regeneration, so come along to a meeting sometime – we need your input and ideas!
